2. Presence on social networks
In compliance with articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Controller informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the following Social Networks (RRSS):
with the main purpose of advertising our services and contacting other users.
If you as a user have a profile on the same Social Network as our entity, you can freely join the page created by us, thus showing interest in the information we publish on said Network. By joining, you offer us visibility of certain personal data offered publicly by you on your profile.
Only in case you join our page on the detailed Social Networks, your profile data will be processed by our entity only within the Social Network itself and in no case will they be processed by us outside of it without your prior consent.
You as a user can access at any time the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to guarantee the privacy of those data you do not want to make public. You can also stop following us whenever you wish.
3. Publications
Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the page is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. related to minors, those that attack or are likely to attack honor, morality, ethics, good taste, decorum and/or that infringe, violate or break intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or any other that goes against the Law. In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content, being able to request the permanent blocking of the user.
Our entity will not be responsible for the contents that a user has freely published. The user must keep in mind that their publications will be known by other users, so they will be the only one responsible for their publications and their privacy.
4. Advertising
Our entity may use the Social Network to advertise itself, in any case, complying with the requirements of current Regulations applicable to Data Protection and LSSI-CE.
The fact of recommending our Pages to other users so that they can also enjoy promotions or be informed of events or activities of our entity will not be considered advertising.
5. Contests and promotions
Our entity reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which users who wish and are joined to our page may participate. The bases of each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for it, will be published therein, always complying with the Law or norm that is applicable to it.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or manage, in any way, our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
6. Personal data
Our entity as Controller will perform the following actions:
- Access to public information of the user's profile.
- Attend user requests.
- Sending individual messages to the user through Social Network channels.
- Publication on the user's profile of information related to our entity.
- Status updates of the page that will be published on the user's profile.
The user can stop following our entity on social networks at any time, control their connections, delete contents that no longer interest them and restrict who they share their connections with, for which they must access their privacy settings.

You have the right to know if our entity is processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your data, rectify them if they are inaccurate or request their deletion when the data are no longer necessary, whenever legally possible.
You can also exercise your right of opposition, limitation or portability if you so deem convenient, you can even revoke your consent and to exercise your rights you must do so in writing to dpo@lateam.es In case of acting on behalf of another person, you must prove said representation. If there are reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the person making the request, we may request that additional information necessary to confirm your identity be provided.
