Cookies Policy

This Cookies Policy aims to comply with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, (hereinafter, LSSICE), the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD).

2. Identification of the Responsible Party / Information Society Service Provider

In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSICE), express, precise and unequivocal information is provided to both users or recipients of the service (hereinafter, users), and the competent bodies, regarding the following aspects relating to the information society service provider:

3. Definitions

To comply with the second paragraph of Article 22 of the LSSICE, the information offered in this policy must be clear and complete about the use of data storage and retrieval devices and, in particular, about the purposes of data processing that requires the processing of users' data to be done transparently for them. To achieve this, we offer some basic and prior definitions that will be used in this policy, for greater detail and better understanding by the user:

  • User:
    Is the natural person who accesses our website.
  • Editor:
    In the case of this website, it is the entity (natural or legal person) owner of the website. Also called responsible party or information society service provider.
  • Cookies:
    Cookies and/or similar technologies (hereinafter, cookies) store and retrieve information when you browse. 4.1. Types of cookies according to the entity that manages them

Depending on who the entity is that manages the equipment or domain from where the cookies are sent and processes the data obtained, we can distinguish between:

    Are those for which our entity is responsible and that, generally, are sent to the user's terminal equipment from equipment or a domain managed by our entity and from which the service requested by the user is provided.

4.2. Types of cookies according to their purpose

There are many purposes for the use of cookies. Depending on the purpose for which the data obtained through cookies are processed, some of the purposes can be:

Technical Cookies:
Technical cookies may be used without users' consent. Are those that allow remembering information so that the user accesses the service with certain characteristics that can differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as, for example, the language, the number of results to show when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service or the region from which they access the service, etc.

  • User interface customization cookies.
  • Certain plug-in cookies for sharing social content.
  • Cookies that only allow communication between the user's equipment and the network.
  • Cookies used to provide a service specifically requested by the user.
